The following items are included in the booking fee:
A selection of round, oblong and trestle tables
Two varieties of tablecloth
Cutlery and crockery
We ask that customers clean all items and put them back after use.
In addition, we offer the following items for hire:
Pizza oven.
Our portable, gas-fired oven cooks wonderful pizzas in just two minutes! The hire charge is £30 for 24 hours, plus a £30 deposit that will be refunded if the oven is returned in a clean, undamaged state. The oven can be used on site or taken away. Customers must purchase their own gas bottle
Marquees.
We have two marquees available. The hire charge is £50 per marquee for 24 hours, plus a refundable deposit of £100. Hirers will be asked to sign a waiver form stating that they hire the marquees at their own risk. If the marquee is erected on village hall land, it is covered by the village hall insurance, but if the hirer wishes to take the marquee off site, it must be covered by their own insurance.
