Book the hall

If you would like to hire the hall and facilities, the hall costs are £20 per hour. We can offer a discount for residents of Old Weston and those who book the hall on a regular basis.

Please ensure that you have read the Conditions of Hire information before you return the form. Someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance Statement - The Old Weston Village Hall Committee is working within the requirements of the GDPR, which came into force in May 2018. The Committee captures and uses your details for the sole purpose of administering hall bookings. We do not disclose information to third parties, and we do not share information.Should you feel that the Committee has failed in some aspect of the GDPR and the processing of your personal details, in the first instance, please inform the Committee so that we may investigate and correct our systems, should they require it.
